Caregiver Trainings

These trainings utilize the Safety-Care® for Families curriculum, an evidence-based program developed by QBS and specifically adapted for parents, caregivers, and family members. The training provides practical tools to prevent and de-escalate challenging behavior, respond confidently during stressful moments, strengthen communication and emotional regulation skills, and promote positive, supportive relationships between children and their caregivers.

Why You'll Love This Training

  • Helps reduce conflict and increase calm at home

  • Builds caregiver confidence

  • Aligns with ABA best practices

  • Provides tools you can use immediately

  • Focuses on prevention, connection, and dignity—not punishment or coercion.

  • You DO NOT need to enroll for ABA therapy to participate.

  • Excellent conference opportunity for special needs groups!

Sessions are offered virtually or in person for groups of up to 10 participants, making it easy to include other caregivers who support your child—such as babysitters, grandparents, or extended family members. Siblings ages 16 and older are also welcome to participate and learn practical skills for understanding and supporting a sibling with big feelings. Each seminar is designed to build confidence and equip families with tools to create safer, more successful daily routines.
